State Plan for Independent Living: Fiscal Years 2008 - 2010
The State Plan for Independent Living, or the SPIL, is developed by the SILC of Illinois every three years. In order to develop the SPIL, input is gathered through a variety of means including work groups, public forums, consumer satisfaction surveys and public hearings. The plan reflects the need for independent living services across Illinois including unserved and underserved populations and areas of the state.
